For hundred years and still now days the architecture in a complex it’s a direct response to the society development at a certain time. The matter of space and time for a building its different from the matter of space and time of society. The society have specific needs on certain period of time, and the needs its changing very fast, the architecture not, in a way the city itself suffer to adapt to a certain condition of human being. In 1960, Cedric Price was thinking about that and he asked ” what if a building or a space can be generate and regenerate constantly ? ” The answer now days is the Interactive Architecture. Google offices are spread all over the word but in the region of Balkans they don’t have a big presence. Google offices in Tirana has to be a regional point of meeting and development of Information Technology and in urban scale is an idea to reactivate the ex industrial areas and to serve as an urban catalyst. The main point of this project is to find ways and to experiment about creating an interactive building in many levels. In that case the interaction between human and the building is happening in a indirect way through “The Maintainer” a robot. The robot in my thesis is implemented from the work of R&SIe(n) and is one of the best example in robot collaborating with architecture in order to achieve a possible interactive architecture. In my thesis the robot is intended as a extruder – intruder element of some parts of the building. The object has some static part and some interactive parts. The porosity is the main point and the border between inside-out are blurred and it’s not clear when the space is public, semipublic or private. You feel that inside a building there is another building. There are many layers of the building. Starting from inside – out there are the modules that serve for different kind of offices and they connect with each other with bridges of space that are free spaces that the workers can define the space and activities by their own. Those modules can be transformed into platforms or they can extend with more spaces by the need of googlers and through the robot. The skin of the building has integrated the structure, the panels of perforated corten and the green module that collect water and inside of it can grow greenery. The green module can change, develop and adapt in deferent climate conditions. It can change position and size by the season, sun and temperature through the robot.
